My latest high quality recordings...this is the last series of recordings that I did in 2014 and they are representative of where I was at then. I am recently being influenced greatly by my experiences organizing an art program for inmates at Rikers Island. I have been developing a percussive style of which you can hear an early precursor in Take 1. This style of hitting the cello like a drum has developed greatly and continues to become increasingly complex. There are many experiments with harmonics as well as dynamics and intonation, all spontaneously being woven together in the moment of creation This is the music that represents my progress as well as a culmination of all that has come before. please use it as a means of meditation or to achieve a higher level of focus while working on a creative project.
